Major 33 apartment is located in the historic center of the town of l’Arboç (Tarragona), in a neoclassical- modernist building from the 19th century. The apartment is ideal for couples, but also for adventurers traveling alone and business stays.

It is located in the unique and singular landscape of the Penedès, internationally recognized for its vineyards and wineries, culture, sea and beach. A territory full of contrasts that invites to be immersed into.

The apartment space offers all the comforts and combines a contemporary design with original neoclassical-modernist elements of the building, such as the ceilings and floors, which have been recently restored.

If you are curious and you are attracted to the restorations, we explain in a simple audiovisual sequence the process and details of the restoration of the «Flooring with traditional modernist tiles» and the «Ceiling». Both pieces are neoclassical originals from the Apartment.
